Warranty Claim Procedure If you believe that your Be Well Medical Alert product or service is defective, you must contact Be Well Medical Alert customer service to obtain service. If a valid claim is submitted under this warranty, Be Well Medical Alert will either repair, replace, or refund the product or service, at its own discretion.

Warranty Benefits This warranty is in addition to any rights provided under local consumer laws.

Exclusions from Coverage This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damages caused by accident or abuse, or damages resulting from unauthorized modification, repair or disassembly.

Limitation of Liability To the extent permitted by applicable law, the liability of Be Well Medical Alert, if any, for any allegedly defective product or service shall be limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the product or service. Be Well Medical Alert shall not be liable for any special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages relating directly or indirectly to the product or service.

This Limited Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to products and services purchased directly from Be Well Medical Alert (bewellalert.com) or through its authorized resellers.
